How do you get rid of tarnish on gold?

I bought a pair of bracelets at SORU 2 weeks ago. But I'm worried if it gets stained, how do I clean it? Do you guys know the best and safest way?

I've never done it but I got this from the Internet. Use water and baking soda. You need to mix the two and wipe it onto the tarnish. But I am not tryna say that I'm completely right because I've never tried it either. Read more references, then.
