Worked voucher code and prompt service!

The jewellery’s price is a bit too high, but I found a code that greatly saved my money. So, my first experience at SORU went terribly. My parcel didn't arrive for 4 days and I tried to contact customer service. After being tracked, it turned out that my item was lost in transit. Fortunately, I was connected to SORU staff, who were very kind and quick to respond to my queries. They took responsibility for my order and sent the product replacement immediately. The necklace has finally arrived in just 3 days. Nothing to complain about the product. Overall, it looks so gorgeous on my neck.

Been addicted to my Sicilian heart earrings

The jewellery collections drive me crazy! I just bought a few pairs of earrings from SORU, and one of them is the beautiful Sicilian. Everything I buy is gorgeous and makes my jewellery collection shine. One thing I’d like to mention is the staff. They work very well and professionally. Last week, I called them because there was an issue with one of my earrings. The whole process went smoothly as the customer service always replied to my messages quickly. I don't have to worry anymore if something goes wrong because this company has great passion and excellent knowledge about jewellery.

My newly purchased Yellow Sun Ring

Who's the most loyal customer? ME! Haha. I just bought my 4th piece of jewellery from SORU and have never been disappointed with the quality. The ring comes with pretty packaging and sometimes makes me scared to open it (cause it’s too perfect). The best thing is that the ring size can be adjusted to fit my tiny fingers. That's why I was so happy when I found SORU, which has excellent service. Shopping here feels like an addiction. I always look forward to the brand's newest and prettiest collections. One suggestion from me: please release more promo codes, especially for buyers with multiple orders like me :D
